¿Qué diferencia hay entre Domidai Lite, Operativa y Full?
  • Domidai Lite cubre toda la parte digital (anuncios, reservas, atención al huésped).

  • Domidai Operativa incluye los servicios en terreno (limpieza, lavandería, llaves y amenities).

  • Domidai Full combina ambos: es la gestión integral de tu vivienda turística.
¿Cuánto cuesta cada plan?
  • Domidai Light: 12% de comisión sobre reservas + onboarding de 200 € por vivienda.

  • Domidai Operativa: Pago por servicios (limpieza desde 50 €, check-in 25–35 €, amenities 15–20 €).

  • Domidai Full: 20% de comisión, incluye la gestión completa.

¿Qué ventajas tiene Domidai Full frente a contratar solo Lite u Operativa?
  • Con Domidai Full no tienes que preocuparte de nada: ni de los anuncios, ni de atender a los huéspedes, ni de la operativa en terreno. Es la solución más cómoda y rentable para el propietario.

¿Qué incluye el Pack Domidai de amenities?

Agua, café, papel higiénico, gel/champú y otros básicos de bienvenida para tus huéspedes.
