Who manages the tourist licence?
Domidai manages the tourist licence free of charge.
Will I be able to use my house?
Of course! The dates you want will be cancelled on the booking calendar. We close them to the public.
How do you control capacity?
Like a traditional hotel, we check everyone who enters the accommodation and report to the Civil Guard database.
Can they stay in my home?
Yes, as we have a tourist licence. Each guest who enters has a check-in and check-out time, so if they refuse to leave, we can call the police and they will not be able to refuse to leave.
How do you ensure reservations throughout the year?
It’s a combination of several things. Attractive photographs, impeccable services, good positioning and price variations for each time of year.
What if they have parties at my house?
Apart from controlling the number of people, we have noise devices in the property to monitor the decibel level.
