At Domidai, we work on commission, with no fixed fees:

  • Domidai Light: 12% on accommodation income + one-off onboarding fee of €200.

  • Domidai Full: 20% with complete digital and operational management.

  • Domidai Operative: flexible payment only for services used (cleaning, keys, laundry, amenities).

What is the difference between Domidai Lite, Operative and Full?

Domidai Lite includes digital management (advertisements, prices, bookings and guest services).

Domidai Operativa covers on-site services (cleaning, laundry, keys and amenities).

Domidai Full combines both: comprehensive management so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

What does comprehensive management include?

Everything: photographs, publication on Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo and your own website, ad optimisation, dynamic pricing, booking management, 24/7 guest service, professional cleaning, laundry, check-in and replenishment of amenities.

Can I continue to use my home?

Yes. The owner decides which dates to block for personal use from the real-time dashboard. We manage the rest of the calendar.

How do I monitor my results?
